Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your Memorywall order.
A full unconditional refund policy exists for a period of 14 days after the contract is signed and payment is received.

Payment
Your 50% deposit is to be made at the time of placing your order. There are three payment options:
• Via the internet using PayPal
• Via the telephone by calling 01273 710957
• By cheque which should be made payable to ‘Memory Wall’ and sent to:
41 Sackville Gardens, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4GJ.

On completion of your Memory Wall, we will invioce you for the remaining 50% plus postage. Once payment has cleared we will dispatch your Memorywall. Any bank charges incurred due to returned cheques will be charged to the client.

Fees
The total fee (price quoted on our pricelist) includes design layout, artwork, printing and framing (where applicable) however this price does not include delivery costs.

Postage
All postage will be arranged by Memorywall and charged at cost and included in your final invoice.

Images/Artwork
Please ensure all images supplied are hi-resolution jpg’s.
If you have specific instructions regards the images and their layout, please send us instructions with your order/disc or if ordering online please use the comment box provided.
Please send us copies of your images as we cannot be held responsible for and damage or loss occuring to orginal material.

Proof
You will be sent a draft proof of your Memorywall either by post or e-mail (which ever is specified when placing your order). Should you wish to make changes to your layout please clearly describe the changes on an e-mail or write the changes clearly on the printed version and return to us. The revised Memorywall will be forwarded to you for approval. Any further changes to this will be charged at an hourly rate and will follow the same approval process.

Colour Variations
It is sometimes impossible to record the exact colour of a garment as seen by the human eye.
The printer will use their skill to produce pleasing prints.

Copyright
It is the clients responsibility to gain copyright from his/her photographer. Memorywall will not be held responsible for the copyright of your images.
